Objective: To provide practical exposure in the field of various functional areas, thepractical knowledge of business realities and training around the area of interest andhone theskill

Course outcome:

CO1 Develop an understanding of the working knowledge on different functional areas CO2 Learn and experience the real on the job working of thebusiness CO3 Develop and improve their managerial skills All the studentswill submit their Summer Training Reports(in duplicate)within a period of one month in the concerned institute/school; thisperiodshallbecountedfrom the last date of completion of their Summer Training. The supervisor in the organization under whose guidance the summer trainingiscarriedoutwillberequiredtogradethestudent'sreport in theformat prescribed by the university(Annexure-A).

Each student will beattachedwith oneinternal facultyguide, withwhomtheyshallbein continuous touch during the training period. The internal faculty guide will berequired to evaluate(out of40 marks)based on the assessment report provided by the organization where the Summer Training has been completed and his/herown assessment about the work done bythestudent. The evaluation of theremaining60marksshall bemadebyexternalexaminer appointed by the University who shall evaluate thereporton thebasis of presentation and the assessment report received from the organization where studenthas undergone Summer Training.
