Your CGPA-to-percentage depends on your batch
GGSIPU changed the conversion rule for students admitted from 2024 onwards. Using the wrong one can move your percentage by more than seven marks — which matters on a placement form.

CGPA × 10
Ordinance 11. A CGPA of 8.2 becomes 82%.
Admitted 2024 onwards
(CGPA − 0.75) × 10
Per the notification dated 15.01.2024. The same 8.2 becomes 74.5%.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will material tagged for one IPU college work for mine?+
Yes, for core subjects. Affiliated institutes like USICT, MAIT, BVCOE and MSIT sit the same university paper under the same subject code, so material filed under that code applies to all of them. Electives and lab conduct do vary by institute — cross-check those with your department.
My batch follows a different scheme. Does that matter?+
It can. GGSIPU revises schemes batch-wise, so a subject may shift semester or change code between batches. Everything here carries its subject code and semester — match the code on your datesheet rather than the subject name.
How do I convert my CGPA to a percentage?+
It depends on when you were admitted. Before 2024 it is CGPA × 10 (Ordinance 11); from 2024 onwards it is (CGPA − 0.75) × 10, per the notification dated 15.01.2024. The CGPA calculator on this site asks for your admission year and applies the right one.
Do I need an account to buy something?+

Is my payment information safe?+

No. This is an independent student-run site with no connection to the university. For schemes, datesheets and results, ipu.ac.in is the only official source.

This is a study library for students of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU / IPU), Dwarka. B.Tech branches currently covered include CSE, CST, CSE-AI, AI-ML, AI-DS and Data Science, with BCA, BBA, MBA and M.Tech being added. Everything is arranged course → branch → semester → subject, and each subject page carries the university's own code.
That code is the point. IPU teaches through dozens of affiliated institutes — USICT on campus, and MAIT, BVCOE, MSIT and others across Delhi — and they all write the same university paper. Notes made at one college are useful at every other, but they normally never travel beyond that college's own groups. Filing material under the code instead of the college is what fixes that.
